**Market prioritization**

- **Find the best markets for your new product:** “Rank the 10 utilities with the highest incentives for \[ductless mini-split heat pumps\]. Show the state, program name, rebate range and link.”
- **Position retrofit kits against new fixtures: "**In \[NY, NJ, PA and MD\], compare incentives for Retrofit Kits for \[2x4 Luminaires\] with \[2x4 Luminaires\]. Where does the kit earn about the same rebate as a new fixture?"

- **Back up “up to $X” claims:** “What’s the rebate range for High-Bay Luminaires for Commercial and Industrial Buildings across Washington utilities? Give me an ‘up to $X per fixture’ claim I can defend, with the source program for each number.”
- **Pick the right channel message:** “In Maryland, which utilities pay \[smart thermostat\] incentives and which pay prescriptive?”
- **Make the case for adding controls:** “In Connecticut, which utilities pay for Networked Lighting Controls, and how much does that add to a high-bay fixture rebate? Show whether it’s paid per sensor or per watt controlled.”

 

**Creating Content**

**Channel and field enablement**
